Channel
Marine Services, Inc. was established as a full line service center and
re-power center in 1995. The
facility is located along the Multnomah Channel in Portland Oregon.
Channel Marine Services is a premier sales and service center for many
products lines including Volvo Penta and Mercruiser engines and stern
drives and has been a dealer and service center for Steyr motors
marine diesel engines since 2002. Gregory
Van Sickle, president of Channel Marine Services, has a background in
the marine industry going back 25 years including boat building,
marine applications, service management and mechanical repair. In 2004,Channel Marine Services Inc. became the new distributor for SteyrMotors marine diesel engines for Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska and British Columbia. In 2006, Channel Marine Power LLC was formed as a marine power distribution company and a distributor of Steyr Motors, separating the retail and distribution sides of our companies. SteyrMotors
